Swansong

Several years ago began to receive a signal from deep space, presumably from the constellation Cygnus.

The data I received were analyzed and decoded to some extent, their adaptation and results are attached in the downloadable file.

The signal is stable and has a fairly long cycle, then there is its repetition.

The decoded data indicate the course of a research mission to the Swan star system (I did not find information about its real location).

The purpose of the mission is to study possible life on the exoplanet Swan IV and its surroundings.

The mission is supposedly organized by Earthlings, but who, when and how?

As far as I know no research mission of this scale at the moment in the world are not even planned in the near future, not to mention the level of artificial intelligence, which translates the data, and I am already silent about the fact that the current level of technology to deliver a spacecraft in a reasonable time at such a distance is simply not achievable.

In general it seems that this is someone's joke, or not?
